Maximizing the Benefits of Waxing Hair Removal in Tampa FL
For maximizing the benefits of your body waxing experience at Bare Cheeks Aesthetics, we suggest following these essential steps. Get all the details you need to prep for your appointment, know what to expect during the process, and discover how to maintain your skin between sessions for optimal results!
In Between Waxing Your Sessions
Between appointments at Bare Cheeks Aesthetics, it's crucial to maintain your skin properly by exfoliating and keeping it hydrated. Dead skin buildup can trap hairs in the follicle, leading to inflammation and potential ingrown hairs. Additionally, dry skin can constrict the follicle and worsen congestion. Your esthetician will assist you in developing a personalized home care routine tailored to your lifestyle and budget, ensuring your skin stays healthy and radiant.
How to Prepare for a Waxing Appointment With Us
If you are just getting started, stop shaving or trimming at least 2 weeks before you are scheduled to wax. If you are already waxing, revisit monthly, and don’t shave the waxed areas in between appointments. That ensures we have enough length to get a nice firm grip on the hair without a struggle. Two days before your appointment, exfoliate the area to keep hair from getting trapped under the skin.
For your appointment day, please arrive a few minutes in advance. If you can't come directly from a shower, kindly use the wipes at the client station to ensure your skin is thoroughly clean and dry.
